SHIPPING POLICY

Flat-Rate Delivery – $350
We offer a flat-rate delivery fee of $350 to the following Southern California counties:

• Orange County

• Los Angeles County

• Riverside County

• San Bernardino County

• Ventura County

• San Diego County

 

We do not deliver to other counties, cities, or out-of-state locations at this time.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME

• Orders are typically processed and delivered within 1–2 business days after payment is received and confirmed.

• Delivery date and time will be coordinated with you in advance.

 

 

DELIVERY TERMS

• Delivery includes curbside drop-off only, unless otherwise arranged.

• Customer is responsible for inspecting all items upon delivery and noting any visible damage or discrepancies immediately.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a return policy with the following terms:

Return Window

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Only unopened and unused boxes in their original condition are eligible for return.

Return Fees

• All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee and return shipping fee.

• Fees will be deducted from your refund total.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened boxes, used materials, special orders, or clearance items are non-returnable.
