TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Russ Flooring. By scheduling a consultation, purchasing materials, or hiring our team for flooring services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. SERVICES

Russ Flooring provides professional flooring sales, delivery, and installation services, including laminate, vinyl, hardwood, and related accessories. All services are subject to availability and site conditions.

2. ESTIMATES & PROPOSALS

All estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Changes in material pricing, project scope, or labor availability may affect final costs.
Clients must confirm final selections in writing before materials are ordered.

3. APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING

Scheduling is based on product availability and installer timelines.
Customers are responsible for providing site access and ensuring the space is ready for installation (e.g., clear of furniture unless agreed upon in writing).
Delays caused by job site conditions or client unavailability may result in rescheduling fees.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

A deposit is required to secure materials and schedule installation.
Final balance is due upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments can be made by cash, check, credit card, or approved financing partners.
Late payments may incur interest charges and collection fees.

5. PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Flooring materials may come with a manufacturer warranty, which will be provided at the time of purchase.
Russ Flooring offers a limited labor warranty of 1 year for standard installations.
Warranty does not cover damage due to moisture, subfloor issues, neglect, misuse, or alterations by other contractors.

6. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Special order materials are non-refundable once the order is placed.
Stock items may be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original condition (restocking fees may apply).
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before scheduled installation may incur a rescheduling or cancellation fee.

7. SITE CONDITIONS & LIABILITY

Client is responsible for disclosing any known subfloor or structural issues.
Russ Flooring is not liable for existing structural damage, hidden mold, or improper prior installations.
We are not responsible for damage to walls, trim, or paint during standard flooring removal or installation.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Russ Flooring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All marketing content, designs, photos, and media produced by Russ Flooring remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts within Orange County, CA.

11. CHANGES OF TERMS

Russ Flooring reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and/or made available upon request.
